- Packaging is free. Postage is free within the UK on all orders!
- Postage is free within Europe on orders of £20 and over; orders under £20 will be charged at £3.95
- Postage for orders outside of the UK and Europe will be charged at the standard postage rate of £5.95
Do you deliver to P.O box?
Unfortunately, parcels cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.
Do you dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays?
Unfortunately, we only dispatch goods on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
How soon will my order arrive?
All orders are dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail.
For Mainland UK destinations we usually allow 3-5 working days from placing your order, although goods normally arrive much more quickly.
For Europe please allow approximately five working days.
For deliveries to the USA and the rest of the world, we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the next working day, however, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Can I change/amend my order once it’s been placed?

Our expectation is that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, notify email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Return the goods, ensuring you have proof of postage and the goods are unused and in the original condition and packaging, within 14 days (of receiving your goods) and we will issue you an exchange or refund.
When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage. The Vintage Cosmetic Company cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us.
Please note The Vintage Cosmetic Company will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged and due to hygiene issues we cannot accept returns of False Lashes unless they are faulty.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt, stating the nature of damage and we will arrange for an SAE to be sent to you to enable the return of the item(s) to us. Once we are in receipt of the item we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped.

What are your tools made from?
Our beauty tools are made from high-quality stainless steel. This means they’re hard wearing and will last for several years. They’re easy to clean and, as stainless steel does not absorb dirt, they won’t harbour germs and bacteria. Ideal for products like our nail-clipper and blemish wand.
How do I take my Vintage Cosmetic Company False Strip eye lashes off?
Gently grip the false lash from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner, holding your eyelid ‘taut’ at the same time.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
You can reuse the lashes three to four times providing the glue is carefully removed and the lashes are correctly stored in their original container after use.
Why should I use make up brushes to apply my make-up rather than my fingers?
Unlike properly cared for and stored make-up brushes, fingers not only spread germs but do not create the most effective finish either. Brushes allow for maximum coverage of make-up which means your products can be used more sparingly and will last longer.
How do I clean my brushes?

Alternatively, use a small amount of mild shampoo and work this into the bristles and then run under warm water until all the suds are removed.
